Mental health, Spirituality and other Life Subjects

  These are some thoughts I wrote recently, over time, that have helped me find peace and much more happiness. I have been doing the "inner work" for a while, which I consider spiritual healing,  and I hope you get encouragement from reading them.  Something to remember in the morning, "Can hearts be safe from harm, and free of negativity?" Ask Love this question: "Can I be forgiven by everybody for everything I've ever done wrong?" Pray for all of existence to be free of suffering Can we prevent all wrong from happening? Can we stop wrong from happening now? And be with all people on both sides? What can prayer do?  Intend to refrain from complaining, love everyone, be helpful to everyone, see heaven everywhere Any solution that has been seen, it can be remembered how to make it happen Any part of existence can communicate freely and problem free (respectfully) with any part of existence  Can we all listen to more right parts of God Ask if anyone is g...

I just had an experience, like others I've had recently, of feeling like I was holding evil energy/people in my heart. I think the beings that we refer to as demons, or evil spirits, are in a situation where they have to come to other people's energy fields to get help getting out of bad realities. These people are needing help to get better, and sometimes it is destructive/painful when holding this energy, but what is important to remember is that they can be told to leave, if necessary. Try to help if you can, but always ask God/Spirit/Love/Existence with help if need be. 

  What if you forgave everyone and everything for everything? Not just with your life but the life, and history, of existence? What if you took on existence as your responsibility, not as in ownership or as being yours, but as your home, a home that you affect with your thoughts and feelings? What if you could have a major part in heaven being everywhere because of the beautiful unique way you live your life, by following your heart? You can change the world. You can have a blessed life. Believe in yourself. Believe in miracles. Believe in a good future.  One love ✌🏽🙌🏽🫶🏽
