The Work

 

These are some thoughts I wrote recently, over time, that have helped me find peace and much more happiness. I have been doing the "inner work" for a while, which I consider spiritual healing,  and I hope you get encouragement from reading them. 


Something to remember in the morning, "Can hearts be safe from harm, and free of negativity?


Ask Love this question: "Can I be forgiven by everybody for everything I've ever done wrong?"


Pray for all of existence to be free of suffering


Can we prevent all wrong from happening? Can we stop wrong from happening now? And be with all people on both sides?

What can prayer do? 


Intend to refrain from complaining, love everyone, be helpful to everyone, see heaven everywhere


Any solution that has been seen, it can be remembered how to make it happen


Any part of existence can communicate freely and problem free (respectfully) with any part of existence 


Can we all listen to more right parts of God


Ask if anyone is getting moved in ways that aren't right, ask if anyone needs help with that


-Can all of existence work together on what needs to be seen/said/heard? Is there anything more to see?

-Check in with God after waking up/going to sleep

-Can the hearts of existence be in on helping all of existence be heaven

-Does anyone need help getting to heaven from anywhere (including hell)

-Can everything we are creating/making from our heart go to heaven?

-Can God guide our thoughts?

-Can people get help where they are?


Ask the planets and stars and everything else for help


-Does anybody in existence need help?

-Does anybody want to get a suggestion from Universal mind about something to read/listen to/watch/experience? (Like art, study, playing music etc.)

-Is anybody hungry? Thirsty? Tired? Smokey? 

-Does anybody want to go to a cool hospital?

-Does anybody in all of existence want to see what enlightenment is like?

-Does anybody in existence want Universal mind's guidance?

-Can the earth and everything else in existence be free?


You are connected to everything. Be a friend to God. Be a friend to everyone.

Reflections on letting go of fear

              I am feeling unhappy sometimes, because of my mistakes in the past. I feel unhappy also about the present because I have fears about interacting with people. And I'm fearful about the future sometimes because I'm afraid of bad things happening. Does the fear help me? I don't think it does ever. What am I afraid of happening? Being disrespected, sometimes being attacked, because of the rage and hate I would feel.  Fear keeps us from enjoying life. It keeps us from making the most of our lives.
