Healing Negativity

 


Is unhappiness a noun? Is it a thing? Is it substance, is it made of something? Or is it a feeling? Are any feelings substance? Made of something?

Is goodness a substance? Or is it a quality of being? People sometimes say just be positive, but for a lot of people it just isn't possible. They need a different focus, they need to look at their negativity and what's bothering them in a certain way to let it go. Looking at your fears, by saying them out loud, or writing them down, or looking at them in meditation, can be powerfully healing. Forgiving, and asking forgiveness, is powerful, and the way from negativity to positivity. 

Be your own best friend, by forgiving. It will change your life for the better in many ways.
